Creative lead on the Allergan account, working on their Loyalty Rewards Program: Brilliant Distinctions. Projects include: multiple consumer and provider facing websites, sophisticated consumer and provider facing ECRM programs as well as POP print materials to support member acquisition and sales efforts.

Creative lead on the American Honda Motors Account, which spans nine separate business units at AHM. Responsible for all creative aspects of the account as well as overall client satisfaction. Managed all the creative disciplines which include: user interaction, art direction, visual content development, copy writing, interface design and production design. To assure we met or exceeded client expectations, worked closely with MXM’s other departments including: project management, business strategy, user experience and engineering.

redesign including user experience, visual design, content strategy, and content development. Additionally managed relationships between Genex and Lexus’ national agency as well as Lexus’ technical development vendor.
Genex: Director of Creative Department — 2004 - 2006
As the Creative department lead at Genex, responsible for directly managing five creative practice leads and indirectly managing a group of 35 creatives, across two offices. Creative practices included, User Experience, Visual Design, Online Media, Flash Development, Art Production. Worked with practice leads to manage resources, scope projects and estimate levels of effort. Was also responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and mentoring creative talent. Additionally worked with Genex’s other department heads to formally define and then execute against Genex’s methodology.

Creative lead on numerous projects, responsible for visual design, content strategy, copy development, and art production. Projects included: Technicolor: Online Ordering System Redesign, Scion: Interactive Vehicle Delivery program
Wunderman/Y&R: Associate Creative Director — 2002 - 2003
Presented to C-level clients and integrated with all disciplines at Y&R to ensure consistent brand messaging. Managed and developed the talents of a small team of art directors and designers. Established project methodologies, developed programs to support new vehicle launches, enhance content and improve user experience on existing client sties.

As one of the first creatives hired in the LA office, responsible for establishing and integrating the creative discipline into a highly engineering based culture. Presented to C-level clients, participated on office leadership team, organized work flows, and developed strategy and concept design solutions. Managed a creative team of 20, consisting of designers, content strategists, information architects and site developers. Accountable for mentoring, and developing creative talent, resource management, and team morale.
